Welcome to Sketches, Stains, and Notes. :)
I'm an aspiring animator and I've only started collecting cels recently. There are only a few things I can show in here, but what I know what I'd like to feature in here.
I bought my first cel at Anime Boston: a gorgeous cel of Queen Neherenia from 'Sailormoon' for a glorious price. She was nice, but I liked my next find more. They were douga from 'Tokyo Mew Mew' of Ichigo blocking a punch from Mint with her tray.
Cels are one thing, but if you want to get me giggling and squealing, show me storyboards, rough sketches, notes from the producers, or concepts. As my collection grows, I'd like to get more and more of those in here. :)
(The drawing at the top of the page is a costume design for Papagena from Mozart's opera 'The Magic Flute'. I've been working on it for awhile. Please leave the drawing where it is, thanks.)
